Not many of us have heard of moringa, and probably less are aware of the great health benefits that this herb offers. But now that I’ve have been using it for a few months and noticed an overwhelming improvement in my health, I knew that I must share this wonder her.

Moringa oleifera is nature’s “miracle tree” that is found in the mountains of the Himalaya. It’s packed with 90+ vitamins, minerals, vital proteins, antioxidants, omega oils, and other benefits. Although I provided some details of this herb which is primarily used in Zija products in my best selling book How to Be Schoolgirl Skinny, I thought I should share a few more benefits with all of you.
