For as long as I can remember I have always had a sweet tooth. And one of my all-time favorite treats is Hershey’s Kisses Special Dark Chocolate. If you weren’t aware of it, dark chocolate actually has health benefits. That’s right – by eating dark chocolate it can actually improve your health.
But, this is one of those treats that it is okay to indulge in, but not overindulge. I usually grab three or four of them at a time when I’m writing and I know that I just have to have something to satisfy my chocolate fix. But you simply have to manage the urge not to overindulge, and choose dark chocolate over milk and white chocolate. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants; therefore, it helps your body slow down sign of the aging process, control blood sugar and increase blood flow to your brain; it can help to lower blood pressure and contains vitamins and minerals such as iron, copper, potassium and magnesium.
