Our Passion with Food
Some of us are passionate about food. This is probably what got us in the unfortunate state that 68% of Americans (73% of men and 64% of women) are in—looking for a permanent weight loss solution. I can honestly tell you that through years of trial and error, I have learned that it is okay to indulge in your favorite foods and desserts. Note that I say indulge, not overindulge.
Additionally, I have found that some traditional weight loss programs and diets simply don’t work. So I am thrilled that I have found a dietary lifestyle solution that is simple, easy and works for me—I am certain it will work for most of you, as well.

I know that so many of you struggle with weight loss because I too have tackled that beast and won. But I am excited to share my secret with all of you. Over the next few weeks, you can expect to receive excerpts from my new upcoming weight loss and health management book How to Be Schoolgirl Skinny: Eat Your Way to a Healthy Weight and Life until its launch this summer. Each week you will receive tips on how I dropped the pounds, kept them off and maintained a healthy balanced weight and lifestyle.
